Battery Chargers, Rectifiers, Polarisation Rectifiers

STATRON industrial Battery Chargers, Rectifiers or Polarisation Rectifiers are available for different voltage levels and current ratings. The system contains a microprocessor controlled 6- or 12 pulse rectifier bridge with thyristor technology. It can be used as a feeding rectifier (no battery) to supply DC loads or as a secured DC power source backed up by a battery bank. The main system parameters are flexible to suit the specific application requirements.

The STATRON polarisation rectifier series are designed as standby and back–up solution for the primary DC source in industrial and chemical processes.

They are typically connected in parallel to the main rectifiers, securing a pre-set constant current or voltage in case of a shutdown of the primary source.

For this special application the reliable STATRON rectifiers offer a flexible interface for current- and voltage set points and associated monitoring.

DC Distribution Panels available on request

Secured DC Distribution Panels are available either as a standalone cabinet or in conjunction with STATRON feeding solutions. Ratings and amount of feeders can be customised as required together with monitoring, protection and indication equipment. Cabinets are suitable for different form factors meeting individually required industrial applications.

BDTe Series 25 – 2000 A

The latest evolution of STATRON's renowned BDT rectifier series sets new standards in durability, reliability, functionality and serviceability.
